Have you received the notice stating that I am a terrible person? Well, good, cos that's partly true. See, it's monsoon season. The demons disguised as creepy downpours are back with a vengeance. It's depressing. Yet here I am taking it as a cue to post photos from one sunshiny day, five months back. Whoop.

What in the world is "Aurch"? It's a word sandwich. Of August and March. I cannot believe my brilliance sometimes. You're welcome to leave now, or you may scroll as you please. This is Day 2 of my Palawan trip last March. A day at the Underground River. I didn't include shots from inside the cave because it's better viewed and experienced in person. (You in your best summer gear: a life vest and a hard hat, in a paddle boat with ten others, cruising along a dark, cool cave, taking in the beauty of nature, of each unique rock formation given life by a single flashlight, while listening to made up stories by your witty boatman in broken engrish.) (There's your one-hour immersion in a run-on sentence.)
